And the Stars,                  

                      They Listened

I was outside on a clear, cold night. The stars were out.

There were so many of them, and I imagined they could hear everything, listening to all the movements of the universe. They were also communicating with each other in their own way. 

Written as part of the First London Toy Piano Composition Workshop and performed by Xenia Pestova at IKLECTIK London - 18 March, 2017
